In a dialogue it can always happen that questions provoke counter-questions. Or the interviewees feel uncomfortably touched or misrepresented by questions. In the best case, this can be solved by convincing answers.
There may also be organisations that are not prepared to answer and instead take legal action to get rid of the öpublic question.
