
There is no explicit sensitisation to time management, and certainly no model. However, all employees have the possibility to change working hours according to their needs, but also depending on the opinions of their colleagues* and operational possibilities and requirements.
The production-related working times are planned according to experience, as close as possible to reality, and are (pure) guide values or the basis for price calculation.
If there is no current customer requirement, it is possible to plan and organize working time independently. Content should be company-related, such as maintenance and care, internal or external training, exchange with colleagues, change/improvement of the workplace, etc.
It is a company goal to distribute the existing work as evenly and fairly as possible among all employees, naturally taking into account the agreed working hours.
