Since the very beginning, the level of remuneration has been almost the same for everyone involved, regardless of gender, age or workplace. Differences result from different personal circumstances (tax class, surcharges for SI contributions). The level of salaries is transparent for all. Collective wage agreements (value between print and media design) are aimed at as an orientation for the remuneration calculation, but are currently not entirely achievable. In a difficult economic situation, it is more a question of preserving jobs for all through overall solidarity rather than trying to improve the economic situation through individual redundancies.
