The cultivation area for our SLOKOFFIE beans is wonderfully surrounded by mountains and the nature reserves Parque Nacional Celaque and Reserva de Vida Silvestre Erapuca. In order to guarantee the taste our coffee deserves, it grows under the protection of orange and lemon trees, banana trees and Inga. Inga, a tree that naturally fertilizes the soil with nitrate, also provides additional shade for our coffee plants. Also a wonderful fertilizer are the dried Cascara, the fruit flesh of the coffee cherry. As a result of the gentle drying process, the beans get a unique chocolaty taste paired with citrus aromas. That alone is why our organic coffee is worth a sample. Especially the visit with our coffee farmer families is worthwhile. What is not least due to the good coffee, but above all to the dear people and partners!
